(08:20) SANTA CRUZ – 2 men have been arrested in connection with a recent string of vehicle thefts in Santa Cruz. 19 year-old Stockton resident Esteban Hernandez and 19 year-old Santa Cruz resident Anthony Souza were arrested in separate instances. Both were booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
