(18:45) EAST SANTA CRUZ – Because of complaints of criminal activity, the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Department has parked its community service trailer at Moran Lake Park on East Cliff Avenue. Some people are annoyed that the trailer is taking up a parking space in a parking lot that’s tough enough to find a space in, while others are appreciating having the law enforcement presence there.
