(07:47) SALINAS – 2 gang members men were arrested on gun and drug charges Friday night in Salinas. that after the car they were in was stopped and searched. a loaded semi-automatic pistol and a loaded revolver were found in the vehicle….along with an additional loaded magazine, a ski mask, and drug paraphernalia. 20 year-old Miguel Fletes and 21 year-old Felix Regalado were booked into Monterey County Jail.
