(08:49) CARMEL – A roadway improvement project in Carmel is expected to impact vehicle and pedestrian traffic this month. Crews are working on Ocean Avenue between Lincoln and Monte Verde streets, as well as between San Carlos and Mission streets. The work will result in partial sidewalk and lane closures. The repairs will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. The project is expected to be completed by the end of May. (S.G.)
