(07:18) SANTA CRUZ – Deputies are investigating a potential case of arson that occurred in the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz this week. On Monday night, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Portola Drive near 19th Avenue. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. The vehicle’s gas tank and trunk were damaged in the fire. The car was a gray 1987 Toyota Camry. Anyone with information, or video surveillance of the area, is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. (S.G.)
