(18:38) SANTA CRUZ – The city of Santa Cruz’ website has undergone a face lift….and there’s a new app too. It’s called a “business roadmap” and it’s designed to help entrepreneurs get their businesses off the ground. The city’s website now highlights the 4 basic steps to starting a business.
