A 44-year-old man charged with first degree murder has had his arraignment postponed because he is still in the hospital. Matt Huntington is accused of stabbing 50-year-old Tara Desousa in her Monterey home last week. Huntington, who fled from police officers after the stabbing, is still in critical condition after he jumped off a single-story building on Lighthouse Avenue during that chase.
