A walking trail in the City of Marina will be closed for a portion of the week due to construction work. The bicycle and walking trail on Beach Range Road at the Fort Ord Dunes State Park will be closed today through Wednesday. Bicyclists and walkers are asked to use the nearby Recreation Trail, parallel to Highway-1, as an alternate route. The trail work is expected to cost the city nearly 300,000.
