A Marina man faces numerous charges after being arrested today on suspicion of victimizing girls and women he knew through Facebook. 55-year old Richard Allen Miller was taken into custody after an investigation revealed 11 known victims were familiar with him through family and friends he knew on the social network. Miller was booked into Monterey County Jail of suspicion of 8 counts of annoying or harassing through electronic communication, 6 counts of annoying or molesting a minor, and 3 counts of possession of child pornography. He is being held on $500,000 bail.
