The City of Marina welcomed two new electric car charging stations today. The dedication ceremony got under way after the city’s Mayor Bruce Delgado cut a short length of fuel hose as the ribbon. The refueling spots, which handle 2 vehicles apiece at the same time, are located on the east side of the city’s community development office on Cypress Avenue. The stations now bring the number of refueling spots in Monterey County to 32. There are about 90 charging stations in the Tri-County area.
