A man sought in connection with a rape case in Marina, was arrested yesterday. 24-year old William Cooper was taken into custody after a woman reported being raped on June 5th. Police were able to locate Cooper in the 2900 block of Jordan Street just after 2:30 p.m. He was booked into Monterey County Jail on rape charges along with an outstanding felony arrest warrant.
