a marina parolee was arrested on suspicion of burglary and car theft. marina police officers responded to reports that a man was sitting in a vehicle and repeatedly trespassing in a vacant residence on beach road. the vehicle was reported stolen from the bay area, and inside the car was stolen property from a BURGLARY that was reported in february. carlos ramon green was arrested inside the house on charges of burglary, motor vehicle theft and for being a wanted parolee.
