Police in Marina arrested a 22-year old motorcyclist last night after a short pursuit. The officer tried pulling the man over at around 10:24 p.m. for a traffic violation in the area of Reservation Road and Lynscott Drive, when the rider evaded authorities. Police eventually found the motorcycle and the man, who was identified as Thomas Toloy in the 3000 block of Stewart Court. Toloy was booked into Monterey County Jail on multiple charges.
