A Marina man has pleaded guilty to murdering another man in 2016. 23 year-old Jorge Mendoza shot and killed Raul Melendez near Cannery Row in Monterey, after the 2 got into an argument. Mendoza had a previous conviction for being a gang member.
Mendoza was booked into county jail, and his bail was set at $1,300,000.
