A Marina gang member is being sought in connection with a November homicide IN Monterey. 21 year-old Jorge Luis Mendoza is believed to have murdered a man November 23rd, in a Cannery Row parking garage on wave street. Mendoza is thought to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with any idea of his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Monterey Police Department.
