A 72 year-old Monterey man died yesterday during an accident in Marina. The crash occurred when the driver of a Subaru hit a car (parked on the side of the Reservation Road on-ramp to Highway 1). The driver of the parked car died instantly, and the driver who caused the accident is expected to be charged with Vehicular Manslaughter.
