A 16-year old is recovering from injuries today after falling 20-feet down into a cistern in Marina yesterday. Monterey County search and rescue teams responded at 10-o’clock last night after the teen fell through the cistern behind the Walmart on the 100 block of Beach Road. The boy, which was found conscious, was pulled out of the bottom of the 20-feet-deep-by-8-feet wide hole with out complications.
