Marina police officers arrested a man on Wednesday, for an outstanding warrant, as well as resisting arrest. Police say 34-year-old raymond martin ran from officers who had responded to a report of a fight taking place, at carmel and seacrest avenues. Martin was found hiding underneath a car; he was arrested and booked into monterey county jail. He was already on parole.
