(09:45) San Jose – A passenger from the Riverside plane crash has succumbed to her injuries. The plane crash happened late last month when the plane was departing from Riverside Municipal Airport headed to San Jose. Witnesses say the plane crashed shortly after take off into a neighborhood, setting two houses on fire. Pierce and her friend, 46-year-old Silvia Farelas, were the only two survivors out of the five on the plane. Pierce died yesterday from complications of her third degree burns. Farelas is being treated in a San Jose hospital, close to her home and family. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
