(11:00) Santa Cruz – County of Santa Cruz Department of Public Works announced that Soquel Drive and Trout Gulch Road will be subject to traffic delays with potential lane closures between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 20th through Thursday, July 12th. These delays, and potential lane closures, are necessary for roadway and storm drainage improvements. The Department of Public Works would like the public to avoid this area if possible or be prepared for delays of up to twenty minutes.
