(05:30) – Jacob’s Heart Children’s Cancer Support Service will be hosting their 2nd Annual Camp Heart + Hands event in May. The event will take place the weekend of May 19th at Ponderosa Lodge in Felton. Jacob’s Heart wants to make sure every child and family member is provided with a sleeping bag, blanket, towel and pillow. If you would like to purchase a camping item for a child and/or a family member you can do so on the Target registry or by making a donation at jacobsheart.org.
