(07:06) MONTEREY COUNTY – A Marina man has been convicted of domestic violence and making criminal threats. In March 2015, 36-year-old Jose Bonilla went to his girlfriend’s house and beat her, causing injury. Two days later, Bonilla called the victim and threatened to harm her and her family if she reported the incident. On Wednesday, Bonilla was found guilty and faces up to four years and eight months in prison when he is sentenced May 18. (S.G.)
