(10:25) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz County ranked 16th in the 2017 County Health Rankings. The report was released yesterday by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin’s Population Health Institute. Santa Cruz was ranked amongst 57 counties in California for both health outcomes and health factors. The county was highly ranked when it comes to factors such as low smoking and obesity rates, diabetes prevention and medical care.
