(10:52) MONTEREY BAY – Anglers heading out to the Monterey Bay from Moss Landing are being urged to go slow for sea otters. Before the recreational salmon fishing season begins this weekend, officials are reminding boaters that the Elkhorn Slough is a designated No Wake Zone.
