(07:26) SANTA CRUZ – Residents in the Westside of Santa Cruz are invited to attend a community meeting on Wednesday. The event will be hosted by Village Santa Cruz, an emerging group that focuses on a community approach to aging. The group would aim to coordinate access to affordable services, including educational activities, transportation and health and wellness programs. Village Santa Cruz would be part of the larger Village to Village Network, a national movement aiming to establish and continuously improve management of villages. The meeting will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Garfield Park Church on Errett Circle. (S.G.)
