(20:54) SALINAS – A man was shot multiple times tonight as he walked on East Market Street in Salinas. The 5 p-m shooting took place near Williams Road. The injured man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening wounds to his lower extremities. The suspect vehicle involved was described as a lowered, mid-2000’s, chevy extended cab pick-up truck.
