The organization provides free tax preparation assistance for seniors, individuals with a disability and low-income residents of Santa Cruz County. The community is invited to join the Council board and staff members for afternoon tea on Wednesday. The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at the New Leaf Market on Fair Avenue.
