March 27, 2017: Chicken Recall 

(10:00) United States – The USDA announced that over 900,000 pounds of breaded chicken are subject to recall because they might contain metal fragments. Oklahoma-based OK Food, Inc, is issuing the recall after they found metal in their chicken.  The products were produced from December 19 through March 7, and have the establishment number “P-7092” inside their mark of inspection. The products  were distributed to retail locations and institutions across the country. There have been no reports of illness or injury at this time.  The company is urging people to either throw away the affected chicken or return it.
