(07:02) MONTEREY – An emergency roadwork project is expected to cause delays on Highway 68 in Monterey. Beginning Tuesday, crews will be working between the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula and Scenic Drive. Roadwork will consist of one-way traffic control between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Motorists should prepare for delays of up to 20 minutes. The project is expected to be completed by Thursday. (S.G.)
