(09:40) Santa Cruz County – President Donald Trump approved a storm disaster declaration for Santa Cruz County yesterday. The winter storms caused an estimated 70 million dollars in damages to Santa Cruz County roads. Monterey and San Benito counties did not make the list to receive federal help.
