(17:52) SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz man arrested for stabbing another man in the back on March 2nd will not face charges. An official with the Santa Cruz DA’s office says there is insufficient evidence against 30 year old Damon Dean Hahn who stabbed 25 year old Ivan Smith during a fight after a night of drinking. The official also cited the fact that Hahn was the person who called 911, and the victim’s reluctance to testify, as one other reasons the case will not be prosecuted.
