(06:35) Prunedale – A man driving drunk caused a fatal accident on Tuesday night. The incident happened at 11:20 on San Miguel Canyon Road in Prunedale. The driver, 20 year-old Bryan Garcia, crossed over the double yellow lines and collided head on with 20 year-old Elizabeth Guiterrez. Garcia had two passengers, his female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. Garcia, his other passenger and Guiterrez are all suffering from major head injuries.
