(09:10) Santa Cruz – SCPD Officers arrested a man and woman in possession of Methamphetamine Saturday morning. Officers located a suspicious vehicle without license plates around 11:00, in the area of Canfield Avenue and San Lorenzo. Officers pulled over 27 year-old Janina Miller-Morales and 28 year-old Zenaido Gomez who both had outstanding warrants. 24 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were confiscated.
