(13:00) APTOS- Santa Cruz county residents have been subjected to series of storm related power outages. P- G and E officials say that Friday’s storm alone produced reported power losses across the Central Coast with the highest number of outages in Aptos and Rio Del Mar where 4500 residents were affected.
