(10:50) Santa Cruz County – The Santa Cruz city council approved a new Plan to increase non-motorized transportation opportunities and make it safer and more convenient for people to walk and bike throughout the City of Santa Cruz. The Active Transportation Plan includes: all Safe Routes to School projects, green bike lanes and the Arana Gulch Multi-Use Trail Project.
