A Salinas man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that took place at the Mann Packing facility in Gonzales last week. That’s where 33 year-old Barry Sumagang is accused of shooting and killing a man in the parking lot at 49 Katherine Street on May 29th. Sumagang, who now faces charges of murder and assault with a deadly weapon, was booked into Monterey County Jail.
