ROSARIO WHO WAS CONVICTED FOR USING OTHER PEOPLES NAMES AND INSURANCE INFORMATION TO OBTAIN PAIN PILLS AT CENTRAL COAST EMERGENCY ROOMS, UNTIL A DOCTOR REALIZED THAT IDENTITY FRAUD WAS BEING COMMITTED AND CALLED POLICE. ROSARIO WAS ALSO ORDERED TO PAY RESTITUTION TO 2 INSURANCE COMPANIES AND TO 2 VICTIMS TOTALING 50-THOUSAND DOLLARS.
