(07:00) Salinas – A man was shot last night in Salinas while he was driving. The incident took place just before 8:30 p.m. on Sims Street. Police reported the victim was driving when he was shot by someone in a dark colored SUV. The victim was transported to Natividad Medical Center and is expected to survive.
