The identity of a man, who was shot and killed Tuesday morning at a Salinas motel, has been released. 29 year-old Salinas resident Armando Medina suffered the fatal gunshot wound at the Motel 6 on De La Torre Street shortly before 5 a-m. He was found un-responsive in the stairwell of the hotel where he was a registered guest. Anyone with information about this fatal shooting is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
