A 31 year-old man has been sentenced to spend 8 years in prison for committing a forcible sexual assault on a woman in Monterey county last march. Reportedly Salvador Zacharias had known the woman for more than a decade before the attack. Zacharias has also been ordered not to contact his victim for 10 years (which is the maximum time-span, by law).
