(11:50) Santa Cruz – On Friday the California Highway Patrol located a male who had slid down a steep hillside. While down the hillside, the male began to inhale the contents of several aerosol canisters in an attempt to get high. The male began to go in and out of consciousness from inhaling the compressed gas. The California Highway patrol rescued the male and he was provided medical aid by paramedics.
