A man could be facing felony charges in santa clara county, after allegedly injuring an 11-month-old greenfield boy. Diego burgos was arrested tuesday night, after he allegedly caused the infant to be hospitalized with serious injuries. Burgos was booked into santa clara county jail; the boy is recovering in a bay area hospital.
