Monterey County Man Found Guilty of Second-Degree Murder- 12/02/14 12:00 S.S.

A man has been found guilty of intentionally running over a homeless military veteran in January of 2012. 56-year-old Adnan Nijmeddin was convicted of the second-degree murder of Billy Rajah. Witnesses to the killing say he was chasing another man when he ran over the Rajah. Nijmeddin, who now faces a minimum sentence of 15 years to life in prison, was also found guilty of the assault of the other man.
