The name of the Gilroy man who died in a crash on Highway 152 Sunday night has been released. 51 year-old Gonzalo Hernandez-Mendez was pronounced dead at the scene of the 3-vehicle crash near Bloomfield Avenue. The driver of the vehicle that hit him suffered minor injuries, and the 2 Boulder Creek adults (and their 2 children), in the 3rd vehicle suffered moderate to major injuries. The cause of that accident is still being investigated.
