(06:50) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested yesterday, after he was caught with stolen property and a hatchet. Nicholas Kremkau was riding his bike near Anna Jean Cummings Park, in Soquel, when he was contacted by deputies. Kremkau, who had a warrant out for his arrest, was found in possession of stolen property, a hatchet in his waistband, and drug related items. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
