(08:50) Salinas – A man was arrested in Salinas after he was caught with a loaded rifle on Friday. Salinas officers reported that while they were investigating a hit and run collision in the area of Powell Street and Gough Way, they located a man with a loaded rifle and US Army body armor. The man was booked into Monterey County Jail.
