(07:10) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested on Wednesday after he was caught with drugs and stolen property. Deputies made contact with a couple parked in the Moran Beach parking lot, along East Cliff Drive, in Santa Cruz and noticed a methamphetamine pipe on the center console. During a search of the vehicle deputies found drugs packaged for sales, 4 digital scales and stolen property. Mario Castro was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail and charged with possession of drugs for sale and possession of stolen property.
