(09:25) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested last night, after he was caught with drugs. Santa Cruz Deputies pulled over Juan Perez for expired registration and discovered he was on probation. During a search of the vehicle, deputies found baggies with heroin and methamphetamine. Perez was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
