A man was arrested in Soledad on suspicion of parole violation, as well as the transportation and sales of narcotics. That after M-30 pills (which are sometimes laced with Fentanyl) were found in the vehicle that active parolee Ulysses Navarro was driving when he was pulled over for a Vehicle Code Violation. Navarro was booked into Monterey County Jail.
