(16:30) Salinas – A Salinas man was arrested in Marina in connection with vehicle burglaries in Monterey. Suspect Claudio Morales Navarrete was arrested during a vehicle check in the 3200 block of Dunes Drive. Navarrete was found to be in possession of numerous stolen items including credit cards and I.D.s as well as approximately $2,000 worth of new tools and clothing which had been purchased with credit cards that had been stolen from a vehicle. Navarrete was booked into Monterey County Jail.
